Peter Muccio Peter "Pete" Muccio is an attorney and Junior Managing Partner at Tschetter Sulzer Muccio\, a Denver-based eviction law firm representing property management companies and rental property owners across Colorado. A seasoned trial attorney\, Pete is highly experienced in landlord-tenant litigation and risk management. Tschetter Sulzer Muccio has been a longtime partner of CAR\, dedicating thousands of hours to supporting Colorado's property managers through these forums.
